three months after my skiing accident I can still only bend my knee to 90° can’t go past that just yet. It’s a real pain in the you know what. I was wondering, do you think you would be able to do a video for people who have had knee surgery? Or if you know of one could you recommend a video?
Oh gosh you are a trouper. I would love to a video like that at some point. You know what would be ideal? Someone who does yoga therapy though...like someone in your area...I wish I knew more teachers in WA. Let me see if I can find a video like that to reccomend in the mean time
